Peppermill Las Vegas – Breakfast with James and Paul Try It All
Our morning kicked off at the legendary Peppermill Las Vegas, a classic diner known for huge portions and vintage Vegas vibes. James and Paul Try It All knew exactly what they were doing, sending us here for breakfast! We ended up having a wonderful breakfast with James and Paul. Check out our video for full review and to see what we got up to.
1228 Main – Brunch with Lydia in Vegas
Next stop, 1228 Main, thanks to Lydia in Vegas. This fun brunch spot surprised us with incredible homemade pastries that could rival any bakery in town. Dominque Ansel makes an amazing pastry, and we can all agree that team cronut or DKA doesn’t matter because they are both Goated at this point. However, 1228 makes some fantastic and high-quality pastries without the high price tag that comes from the Vegas Strip.
Eataly at Park MGM – Pizza with Norma Geli
Norma Geli knows her pizza, so she sent us to Eataly at Park MGM for Pizza e la Pasta. The margarita pizza was perfection – simple, fresh, and delicious. Now it may be simple, but this was certainly not the case. The pizza and pasta, which we did partake of, were both high quality and worth the trek to Park MGM. Now you will pay a high price tag, but honestly, it was the best margarita pizza and traditional alfredo we’ve ever tasted. Norma has excellent taste.
Golden Tiki – Dole Whip with Dani 702
Dani 702 suggested we grab Dole Whip, and while you can find it at plenty of Vegas pools, we took it up a notch at the Golden Tiki – because tiki drinks and Dole Whip are a winning combo. Golden Tiki brings a little bit of Trader Sam’s to Vegas, but with an adult Vegas twist. The Tiki drinks are fabulous, and the little easter eggs are fun to find. We’re huge fans for Disney, Dole Whip and Dani so this was a perfect pairing.
Oscar’s Steakhouse – Dinner with Say Hi to Matthew
Dinner was all about old-school Vegas glamour at Oscar’s Steakhouse inside the Plaza Hotel, thanks to Say Hi to Matthew. Perfect steaks, amazing atmosphere, and a true downtown Vegas classic. Now we’ve dined at Oscar’s before during our Plaza video, and even did a dedicated restaurant review. When Matthew sent us to Oscar’s, we weren’t upset because we genuinely had a great meal the last time we dined there. This time around, we decided to visit Oscar’s for an early dinner to give us a different experience in the dome. Full review in the vlog, but wow! We think we may stick with the daytime or early evening reservations. You get a quieter dining room, more light, and then a bit of sunset, which is great. Check out what we ate and leave us a comment on what you would order and if you’ve been to Oscar’s or would go?
Silver Stamp – Dive Bar Fun with Josh & Rachael
We wrapped up the night at Silver Stamp, a quirky craft beer bar recommended by Josh and Rachael. It’s one of those cool little dive bars that make Vegas nightlife so much fun. We live in Austin, Texas, so this felt like an old-school local Austin bar. There aren’t many left, so this was a great way to end our perfect day planned by some of our favorite YouTubers. This no-frills bar is a great hangout for groups of all sizes.
This collab with some of our favorite Las Vegas YouTubers was an absolute blast – from retro diners to tiki bars and steakhouse dinners, we experienced it all. If you’re planning your own foodie adventure in Las Vegas, these spots should definitely be on your list!
